Mughlai Cuisine is the cuisine that comes from the kitchens of the ancient Indian aristocracy or the Mogul Emperors. This cuisine is dominating in the Northern part of India. It has strong influences of Muslim Cooking and some of the dishes still keep their Muslim names; kebabs, kofta, pulao, biryani

Punjabi recipe is prepared in delicious gravy and Punjabi parathas melted in butter/ ghee. Punjabi dishes are simple, healthy and yet has its own fascination. Curd is served as a cooling element that provides a respite from the hot spices.

Our chef from down south has mesmerizing recipes which will make go head over heels. The meat is restricted to fish, prawn, lobster, crab, chicken and mutton in chettinadu cuisine. Some stand outs being Madurai Kari kolambu, Thanjavur Kozhi Briyani, Virudhunagar Meen Poriyal and so on.

Then the combo of all india cuisine our own Desi Khanna will be served on our jolly day –Sunday.
