In the event of any changes in taxes levied by the Central or State Government, the
same will apply from the date such taxes come into force.
Group Meal Rates : -
Lunch or Dinner : Rs.450.00 + Taxes per person per day
Kindly Note the following Terms for Group Bookings : -
A group will comprise of 15 paying persons, or more. For the sixteenth person or tour leader, one single room will be provided complimentary on plan. For a group of 30 persons or more, one double room will be provided complimentary on plan.
Group Meal rates quoted are for fixed menu served. Any gala dinners or special menus will be charged extra, as per menu selected.
You will appreciate that the number of rooms booked for your group as confirmed by you will be blocked. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to check-in will not be charged retention. However, any cancellation within 15 days of check-in or any reduction in the number of rooms on the specified date of check-in will be liable to one day’s retention charge on the plan.
May we request you to kindly intimate the guaranteed numbers of persons for the first meal on check-in. You will appreciate that meal arrangements will have to be made for the guaranteed number, and once the figure is confirmed by you, we would charge accordingly.
Please note that we will require an advance payment of 50% on the estimated billing for a final confirmation of your reservation, one month prior to the date of check-in and the balance amount of 50% to be paid 15 days prior to the date of check-in. A group reservation will be treated as tentative until receipt of this amount. We would require your PAN No. for settlement of bills exceeding Rs.24,999/- in cash. All payments should be made by demand draft drawn in favour of St.Mark’s Hotel Pvt.Ltd.
Billing Instructions :
We would appreciate early advice, in writing, on clear billing instructions and would like clarification on what should be billed to the company and what should be charged directly to the delegates, specifically for all extras such as laundry, telephone calls, Liquor, cigarettes etc.
Please note that the Rupee tariff would be applicable for both Indian and Foreign guests of your company.
